Lindsay Lohan's declarations had been surprising for many people: she hasn't even acted in the past 5 years, only community service for jail time: and is a felony rap sheet a ability to run for president?

Personally I think that Lindsday Lohan have announced her presidential candidacy because she haven't got any attention from the press and she will cause news of her name. It can be also that she will clean up her image, but I don't think it's the correct way.
